For this JillRit I will need you to prepare the following

1. What do I need?

   For the Sacred Space & Protection:

   • Incense: Lavender, sandalwood, or frankincense (for smoke cleansing).
   • A mirror: Any size, for self-reflection and facing dualities.
   • Candles:
     • White candle: Symbolizing clarity, release, and protection.
     • Yellow candle: Representing clarity, courage, and manifestation.
   • Fireproof bowl or cauldron: For safely burning paper.
   • Lighter or matches: To light candles and burn paper.

    

   For the Ritual Process:

   • Flowers: Lavender (peace), daisies (truth), or yellow roses (clarity). Optional wildflowers can also be used.
   • A bowl of water: Clean water for cleansing and emotional release.
   • Paper and pen: For journaling, releasing shadows, and writing intentions.
   • Journal or notebook: To document reflections and insights.
   • Optional crystals(raw, polished or in jewelry/accesories, doesnt matter):
     • Amethyst: For intuition and spiritual clarity.
     • Citrine: For clarity, manifestation, and positivity.
     • Smoky Quartz: For grounding and release.

    

   Optional Enhancements:
